Job Description Summary
The Print Production Specialist at CAAT Pension Plan plays a crucial role in managing print production projects, overseeing operations, and ensuring timely execution. This is an on-site role based in downtown Toronto.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of print production, ensuring smooth execution from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for timely project completion.
- Manage and maintain print production equipment, corporate printers, and supplies.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator), Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Handle print workflow software such as PlanetPress for design file manipulation.
- Ensure quality control throughout the production process.
- Conduct cost analyses for budget planning and provide cost-effective recommendations.
- Maintain departmental intranet sites (SharePoint) and generate reports for efficiency tracking.
