The University of Reading is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to lead an expert assessment of mitigation measures for reducing pesticide risks to pollinators. Responsibilities

• Design and lead an expert elicitation process to assess the effectiveness and feasibility of measures reducing pesticide risks to pollinators

• Collaborate with industry experts to develop best practice guides for practitioners on mitigating pesticide impacts on wild pollinators
• Engage in science-policy dialogues to inform national and international policy on mitigation measure development, including creating policy briefs
• Work closely with the Sustainable Land Management team at the School of Agriculture, Policy and Development
• Participate in disseminating project outputs across academic and stakeholder communities
• Attend international project meetings, both face-to-face and virtual
