Job Description Summary

The University of Bradford is seeking an experienced healthcare professional to join their innovative team as an Assistant Professor in Physician Associate Studies. Responsibilities

  • Lead the Integrated Medical Sciences 1 (IMS1) module, ensuring effective teaching, assessment, and learning outcomes
  • Contribute to teaching, assessment, and supervision primarily on the Masters in Physician Associates Studies (MPAS) program
  • Collaborate with the program lead and other academic staff to deliver high-quality education
  • Utilize innovative pedagogical methods, including team-based learning, case-based learning, and technology-enhanced learning
  • Support undergraduate and postgraduate courses within the School of Pharmacy and Medical Sciences as required
  • Develop and implement curriculum enhancements aligned with the UK Physician Associate National Curriculum and the graduate outcomes framework for Medical Associate Professions
  • Participate in research activities and contribute to the school’s academic reputation
