Job Description Summary
The Philanthropy Coordinator at MSF Canada will support the Philanthropy Team by processing gifts across various fundraising units while improving donor experience through consistent gift processing and strengthening internal fundraising systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage timely, accurate, and effective administration of all philanthropy gifts from receipt to tax receipt delivery, including uploading and filing records to SharePoint and the Raisers Edge database 📊
- Monitor data input by the Philanthropy team, update profiles, and collaborate with the Data Strategy Unit to ensure accurate and up-to-date philanthropy data ✅
- Provide general administrative support to the Associate Director of Philanthropy and the Philanthropy team 📁
- Create and document processes, update existing process documents, and provide training to Philanthropy team colleagues 📝
