Job Description Summary

Sydney Water is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Talent Acquisition Volume Coordinator to support their high-volume recruitment campaigns, ensuring seamless hiring experiences for both candidates and hiring managers in this newly created role.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate assessment processes for high-volume recruitment campaigns
  • Prepare and manage employment contracts and internal documentation
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
  • Ensure timely completion of all pre-employment checks and compliance requirements
  • Maintain accurate records in internal recruitment systems
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in continuous improvement of recruitment processes
  • Organize and facilitate assessment centers for high-volume recruitment activities
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences throughout the recruitment journey
  • Collaborate with the wider HR team to support organizational hiring goals
