Job Description Summary
ADG Engineers is seeking a motivated People and Culture Administrator to join our Brisbane team. This entry-level role offers a hybrid work arrangement and the opportunity to support various HR and payroll functions within our innovative engineering firm.
Responsibilities
- P&C Administration:
- Administer HR information systems, ensuring accurate employee data maintenance.
- Assist in onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate on job postings and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain employee records, track performance reviews, and support various HR lifecycle tasks.
- Payroll Support:
- Assist in processing payroll runs with precise data entry.
- Support the calculation of termination payouts and payroll-related taxes.
- Maintain leave records and ensure the accuracy of payroll documentation.
- Provide clear and timely communication to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
- Personal Development:
- Set development goals in conjunction with your manager.
