Job Description Summary

ADG Engineers is seeking a motivated People and Culture Administrator to join our Brisbane team. This entry-level role offers a hybrid work arrangement and the opportunity to support various HR and payroll functions within our innovative engineering firm.

Responsibilities

  • P&C Administration:
    • Administer HR information systems, ensuring accurate employee data maintenance.
    • Assist in onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring compliance with company policies.
    • Collaborate on job postings and coordinate interviews.
    • Maintain employee records, track performance reviews, and support various HR lifecycle tasks.
  • Payroll Support:
    • Assist in processing payroll runs with precise data entry.
    • Support the calculation of termination payouts and payroll-related taxes.
    • Maintain leave records and ensure the accuracy of payroll documentation.
    • Provide clear and timely communication to employees regarding payroll inquiries.
  • Personal Development:
    • Set development goals in conjunction with your manager.
    • Attend industry events and training sessions to stay updated on HR and business improvement trends.
