Job Description Summary

A strategic VP-level role in the Payments Controls Team, focusing on end-to-end controls due diligence for acquisitions and partnerships across the EMEA region, with a mission to enhance operational risk management and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities 🎯

• Implement consistent due diligence frameworks for operational risks and controls
• Build pragmatic mitigation plans for integration phases of acquisitions
• Create comprehensive roadmaps for pre-close to full integration processes
• Develop executive-level materials for leadership meetings
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders and technology partners
• Support governance forums to ensure integration transparency
• Provide guidance on risk identification, assessment, and monitoring
• Review and challenge existing controls
• Manage regional Payments governance framework inputs
• Develop and enhance business governance policies and procedures
