Job Description Summary

This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work with luxury beauty brands while maintaining operational excellence.

Responsibilities

Operations Management and Inventory Control

  • Execute shipment receipt and processing procedures efficiently and accurately
  • Maintain organized stockroom conditions according to company standards
  • Process transfers, damages, and tester products following established protocols
  • Verify and document visual elements, reporting any discrepancies to supervision
  • Participate in inventory control processes and loss prevention programs
  • Ensure compliance with sampling policies and maintain safety standards

Client Service Excellence

  • Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service to clients
  • Provide training support for cashiers and consultants on POS systems
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone
  • Implement and maintain SEPHORA’s merchandising concepts
  • Cross-train in cashier functions as needed
