This part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to work with luxury beauty brands while maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities
Operations Management and Inventory Control
- Execute shipment receipt and processing procedures efficiently and accurately
- Maintain organized stockroom conditions according to company standards
- Process transfers, damages, and tester products following established protocols
- Verify and document visual elements, reporting any discrepancies to supervision
- Participate in inventory control processes and loss prevention programs
- Ensure compliance with sampling policies and maintain safety standards
Client Service Excellence
- Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service to clients
- Provide training support for cashiers and consultants on POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cashier zone
- Implement and maintain SEPHORA’s merchandising concepts
- Cross-train in cashier functions as needed
