Job Description Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team in Luxembourg. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a global investment company, managing critical operational aspects of investment structures and treasury transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cash flow management and execute treasury transactions aligned with investment structuring requirements
  • Develop and maintain frameworks for investment structures through collaboration with investment professionals, legal counsel, tax experts, and compliance teams
  • Manage distribution processes and coordinate repatriation activities according to structural needs
  • Ensure accurate and timely setup of new investments across multiple platforms
  • Liaise with service providers across various jurisdictions to maintain efficient portfolio company operations
  • Implement and monitor transfer pricing recommendations from external advisors
  • Support accounts payable processing and maintain high-standard operational controls
  • Drive operational improvements through process optimization and technology implementation
  • Prepare and present documentation for Board meetings
  • Assist in entity formation, KYC procedures, and ongoing entity management
  • Participate in special projects across multiple jurisdictions as needed
