Join Proximus Group as an Operating Engineer in our state-of-the-art data center in Bertrange, Luxembourg. This role focuses on maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure while ensuring seamless service delivery through proactive monitoring and incident management. 🏢

Key Responsibilities in IT Operations

• Monitor data center activities and detect potential incidents before they impact operations
• Execute documented tasks on client servers and maintain technical documentation
• Implement defined procedures for incident resolution and continuous improvement
• Manage communication with support teams and provide feedback to stakeholders
• Perform IT infrastructure provisioning tasks for client environments
• Monitor client platforms with a focus on analysis and proactive maintenance
• Verify and control system history and documentation
• Execute technical procedures following established protocols
• Create comprehensive technical reports

Technical Skills and Requirements 💻

• Proven expertise in Azure, M365, Defender, and Intune
• Proficiency with SolarWinds monitoring tools
• Experience with Windows and Linux server environments
• Strong knowledge of MS Exchange administration
• Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system
• Citrix environment management skills
• Solid networking fundamentals
• Virtualization expertise
• Proficient in Office suite (user perspective)
