Responsibilities

Operations:

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues as needed (Incident management)
• Perform root cause analysis for major incidents (Problem management)
• Configure networks to ensure smooth and reliable operation
• Record, pilot, and operate changes
• Provide mentoring and documentation to 1st and 2nd level support
• Deploy and manage network components
• Communicate with end-users, remote support teams, and external IT support suppliers
• Test new versions and features of hardware/software network components
• Ensure data security from internal and external attacks based on CISO directives
• Manage all network security solutions
• Liaise with telecom providers for WAN setup and management
• Manage or collaborate on crisis situations

• Install, configure, test, and maintain firmware and system management tools
• Program and assist third parties in their actions
• Verify action plans conform to requirements and are safe for operations
• Report progress and milestones
