We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead specializing in .NET Core development to join our dynamic team. This role combines technical expertise with leadership capabilities, focusing on developing and enhancing large-scale applications using cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will lead software development initiatives while mentoring team members and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead the design and development of web applications using .NET Core 6 and above, ensuring scalability and performance
• Architect and implement RESTful APIs while integrating with microservices architecture
• Lead the development of sophisticated user interfaces using React, ensuring seamless cross-platform experiences
• Oversee deployment and maintenance of applications on Azure Cloud infrastructure
• Drive technical decision-making and implementation of best practices across development teams
• Conduct and facilitate code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies using Unit Test frameworks (NUnit and XUnit)
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in software development
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives
• Manage the full software development lifecycle from conception to deployment

Technical Requirements and Skills

• Extensive experience with .NET Core 6 and above, including C# and ASP.NET Core
• Strong proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
• Deep understanding of data structures, LINQ, and Entity Framework
• Expertise in microservices architecture and SOLID principles
• Proven experience with asynchronous programming and multithreading
• Proficient in React development and modern frontend technologies
• Strong background in Azure cloud services, including Azure AD and Key Vault
• Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker containerization
• Excellent understanding of software design patterns and OOPS concepts
• Strong background in performance optimization and security best practices
