Job Description Summary

An exceptional postdoctoral research opportunity at the Luxembourg Institute of Science and Technology (LIST) to develop cutting-edge gas sensing technologies through innovative nanomaterial synthesis and characterization.

Responsibilities

  • Investigate synthesis of Metal Oxide and Group III Nitride as innovative 3D/2D colloids
  • Utilize bottom-up and top-down synthesis techniques
  • Characterize gas sensing properties using advanced analytical tools
  • Collaborate with VOCSens for technology development
  • Design and analyze sensitive materials using TEM, SEM, DLS, XRD, XPS
  • Evaluate device sensitivity to various gas mixtures
  • Contribute to prototype design in collaboration with industry partner
