Job Description Summary

The Departmental Lecturer in Military Leadership will play a crucial role in delivering and developing the Military Leadership and Judgment Programme (MLJP). Responsibilities

As the Departmental Lecturer, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging lectures, case studies, seminars, and tutorials related to military leadership and ethics
• Assisting in the design and teaching of short courses and study days at the School
• Supporting the organization and coordination of courses in collaboration with the executive programmes team
• Conducting off-site teaching and facilitating visiting fellowships
• Preparing and developing new teaching materials, including case studies
• Seeking opportunities to expand the MLJP, including identifying new partner organizations and funding pathways
• Contributing to other executive and degree teaching programmes at the School
• Engaging in research, writing articles, and publishing in policy and practice-focused outlets

Remote Work Policy
