Key Responsibilities
- Assist registered migration agents in preparing and reviewing visa application documents
- Support clients throughout their visa application process
- Maintain accurate records and documentation

- Take initiative in approaching clients and managing assigned tasks
- Protect clients’ interests while ensuring compliance with immigration regulations

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Current enrollment in or completion of Graduate Diploma in Migration Law and Practice
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organizational abilities
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality
- Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilities
- IELTS English score of 7.0 or above (highly desirable)
- Proficiency in Mac computer systems and MS Office suite
- Previous office assistant experience is advantageous
