ArcelorMittal is seeking a dedicated MES Application Manager to oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) applications. This role combines technical expertise with business acumen to ensure optimal system performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• System Deployment and Configuration
  • Lead the deployment and configuration of MES applications
  • Manage yearly maintenance plans and upgrade projects
  • Collaborate with Business Architects for requirements gathering
  • Implement monitoring tools for proactive system management
• Security and Compliance Management
  • Ensure adherence to security standards and data protection regulations
  • Manage access authorizations within the MES landscape
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive authorization matrices
  • Support SOx compliance initiatives
• Operational Excellence
  • Conduct regular system maintenance and performance tuning
  • Implement monitoring solutions for early issue detection
  • Coordinate with Local IT Teams for infrastructure management
  • Handle Priority 1 incidents as MES CoE representative
