Job Description Summary

Sobeys Inc., one of Canada’s Top 100 Employers, is seeking a dedicated Merchandising Administrator I to join their dynamic team in Mississauga. This hybrid role combines planogram management, sales data analysis, and store implementation coordination to drive retail excellence across their extensive network of stores.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data for planogram development and optimization
  • Coordinate pilot store implementations and manage stakeholder communications
  • Maintain and distribute planogram updates across the retail network
  • Process and manage store planogram requests through various channels
  • Update and maintain SharePoint resources with current planograms
  • Generate and distribute essential reports including range files and case distribution
  • Facilitate third-party vendor billing and maintain accurate databases
  • Coordinate weekly planogram communications to stores
  • Track and manage new and discontinued item lists
  • Support the store remodel execution committee through documentation and follow-up
