Job Description Summary

Responsibilities
- Chair the Governing Body and College Council, ensuring inclusive and effective decision-making
- Provide leadership and motivation through example and consensus
- Represent the College’s interests within the University and externally
- Support and promote the scholarly activities of Fellows and the College’s academic mission
- Foster a sense of community among Fellows, staff, postgraduates, and undergraduates
- Engage actively in development and fundraising activities
- Preside regularly at High Table and act as a welcoming host to alumni and guests
