- Provide high-level administrative support to the School Administrative Management Team
- Collaborate closely with academic staff and School Manager
- Manage HR, finance, research support, communications, and facilities tasks
- Contribute to Faculty-wide Management Administration Support Service (MASS) initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion in all administrative functions
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships across organizational levels
