Responsibilities

• Deliver professional residential plumbing services to customers, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Perform comprehensive diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, and installations of various piping systems and fixtures
• Provide accurate cost estimates and clear communication with homeowners throughout service delivery
• Install and maintain all types of residential plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and fixtures
• Educate customers on proper maintenance practices and Reliance’s value-added services
• Maintain safety standards and comply with all relevant regulatory requirements
• Manage time effectively to meet established service deadlines and customer expectations
