Agropur is seeking a dedicated Lead Retail Store Associate to join our team in Little Chute, Wisconsin. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide exceptional customer service while managing store operations and ensuring food safety standards are met. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an outstanding shopping experience
• Manage cash register operations, including payments and reconciliations
• Maintain store cleanliness and proper product stocking
• Prepare and distribute product samples to customers
• Cook and prepare food items according to quality and consistency standards
• Ensure compliance with health code requirements and organizational standards
• Coordinate task assignments for Retail Store Associates
• Handle product ordering and serve as a vendor point of contact
• Process cheese cutting and packaging according to specifications
• Conduct inventory counts and manage bi-annual store inventories
• Train regular and seasonal employees throughout the year
• Coordinate invoicing and product picking for special events and deliveries
• Assist management with updating SOPs and training plans
