Responsibilities

• Maintain high levels of hygiene in all catering areas
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, crockery, cutlery, glassware, and utensils
• Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
• Comply with all relevant food safety and health regulations
• Participate in regular food hygiene and health and safety training
• Support the catering team in daily operations
• Ensure proper storage and organization of kitchen supplies
• Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions
