Job Description Summary

An exciting opportunity for a Junior Controller in Sales & Finance to join the Volkswagen Financial Services team in Howald, Luxembourg, supporting critical financial and operational functions.

Responsibilities

• Support daily back-office operations in finance, controlling, and risk management
• Prepare timely internal and external reporting
• Contribute to monthly and annual financial statements (LUX GAAP and IFRS)
• Act as a liaison between internal and external partners
• Collaborate with parent companies (Volkswagen Financial Services AG and Losch Luxembourg)
• Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Preferential experience in a similar role or audit firm
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities
• Language skills:
  • German (required)
  • English or French (mandatory)
  • Luxembourgish (advantageous)
