Job Description Summary

We are seeking an experienced Client Investment Specialist to join our team in Luxembourg. This role offers an exciting opportunity to manage a substantial portfolio of advisory and discretionary mandates while working directly with high-net-worth clients and their families.

Investment Specialist Responsibilities

  • Client Partnership Management
    • Act as the primary investment specialist for wealthy clients and their families
    • Deliver and implement comprehensive discretionary and advisory offerings
    • Partner with Client Advisors to develop innovative solutions meeting specific client needs
    • Lead investment proposals and portfolio reviews for “bespoke” clients
  • Investment Strategy Implementation
    • Manage and execute client requests for bespoke advisory portfolios
    • Understand and interpret client preferences for customized portfolio management
    • Implement investment views and portfolio construction team recommendations
    • Ensure alignment with house views and investment strategies
  • Advisory Leadership
    • Provide feedback to ICS colleagues on offering development and investment views
    • Communicate house views effectively to Client Advisors and clients
    • Support Client Advisors in delivering best-in-class investment solutions
    • Act as an ambassador for the Group’s investment capabilities

Required Qualifications and Skills

Professional Experience

  • 5-10 years of experience in investment management
  • Strong background in portfolio construction
  • Experience as Portfolio Manager, Investment Advisor, or Analyst

Technical Competencies

  • Advanced knowledge of financial market techniques
  • Expertise in portfolio construction methodologies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Language Requirements

  • Fluent in English and French (required)
  • Dutch language skills (highly advantageous)
  • Additional languages considered beneficial
