TD Private Investment Advice seeks a dedicated PIA Centralized Client Service Associate to provide specialized administrative support to Investment Advisors while delivering exceptional customer experience to high-value clients. • Prepare comprehensive documentation and provide timely updates to Investment Advisors for client meetings
• Generate detailed analysis reports for client accounts and provide product mentorship to customers
• Process and manage lead generation while ensuring accurate referral coding administration
• Coordinate marketing initiatives including approval submissions, client information packages, and marketing material management
• Maintain strict compliance with regulatory requirements and documentation standards
• Deliver exceptional client service through various communication channels
• Execute discretionary tasks while maintaining the highest service standards
• Implement risk management practices and adhere to company policies
• Utilize data insights to enhance individual and team performance
• Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain clear communication channels
