Job Description Summary

World Vision International is seeking a Senior Advisor in Instructional Design to develop effective learning experiences for the Security, Safety & Resilience group and field staff delivering lifesaving programs worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop immersive, blended learning experiences for the Security, Safety & Resilience (SSR) group and field staff worldwide
  • Analyze SSR’s learning needs and implement appropriate assessment strategies to ensure learning objectives are met
  • Conduct ongoing learning needs assessments and design innovative learning solutions
  • Implement effective measurement tools to evaluate learning impact across all organizational levels
  • Co-create an ambitious vision for the future of learning in the SSR group
  • Challenge norms and assumptions to create agile and engaging learning journeys
  • Collaborate with functional leads in SSR to deliver innovative learning solutions in Staff Care, Security, Safety, Fleet Safety, Organizational Resilience and Investigations
  • Design curricula based on experiential learning and adult learning principles
  • Utilize blended learning approaches and innovative learning technologies
  • Travel up to 33% of the time to support global learning initiatives
