Job Description Summary
US Tech Solutions is seeking an experienced HVAC/Automotive Technician for a 12-month contract position in Totowa, NJ. This role focuses on electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations, requiring expertise in cabinet assembly and sub-assembly construction. The position offers competitive hourly compensation ranging from $30 to $36 per hour.
Primary HVAC Technician Responsibilities
- Execute diverse electronic and electro-mechanical assembly operations on various assemblies and sub-assemblies
- Perform precise wiring, component installation, hand soldering, and cable harnessing following detailed specifications
- Conduct setups and adjustments according to blueprint specifications while maintaining strict tolerances
- Work with various materials including PVC, Teflon, and other plastic tubing
- Manage and operate pneumatic systems, including pumps, valves, and drivers
- Interpret and follow complex schematics and blueprints
- Maintain quality control standards throughout all assembly processes
- Document and report assembly procedures and quality metrics
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
