๐ฏ Responsibilities of an HR Executive
As an HR Executive, your key responsibilities will revolve around providing end-to-end HR support. Hereโs what your role will include:
๐ Onboarding & Induction
- Manage pre-joining formalities, documentation, and background checks.
- Conduct employee induction sessions to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Provide day-one support for IT tools, HRMS logins, and welcome kits.
๐ Employee Lifecycle Management
- Maintain up-to-date employee data in HRMS systems with high accuracy.
- Handle day-to-day employee queries related to policies, leaves, or payroll.
- Monitor employee confirmation dates, internal movements, and transfers.

- Conduct exit interviews to analyze attrition trends.
- Coordinate offboarding processes including clearances, documentation, and Full and Final settlements (FnF).
- Assist employees with relieving letters, PF/Gratuity queries, and post-exit formalities.
๐ Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
- Communicate effectively via emails, calls, and virtual meetings.
- Possess a neutral and professional accent with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Collaborate across departments like Payroll, Finance, and IT for seamless HR operations.
๐ Data and Compliance Management
- Ensure employee data is confidential and compliant with labor regulations.
- Prepare regular HR dashboards and reports for leadership.
- Assist in HR audits and policy reviews.

- Bachelorโs degree in HR or related field; MBA preferred.
- 3โ5 years of experience in HR operations or generalist roles.
