  • Ensuring seed quality and quantity maintenance for continued utilization in both Greenhouse and Double Haploid programs, which serves as a fundamental component of BASF’s agricultural research initiatives
  • Managing the complete plant lifecycle from seeding to harvest, including precise tissue and seed sampling processes that require attention to detail and adherence to scientific protocols
  • Identifying and removing contaminants to maintain the integrity of plant specimens and research validity
  • Facilitating pollinator management and implementing pollination control techniques to ensure proper breeding outcomes
  • Conducting regular plant maintenance activities including watering, fertilizing, and pest management according to established protocols
  • Providing essential assistance in greenhouse cleaning operations and supply inventory management to maintain a functional and efficient research environment
