🎯 Responsibilities
- Player Support Expertise: Handle a wide range of customer support issues for assigned game studios, including account management, technical troubleshooting, and resolving purchase-related queries
- Technical Problem-Solving: Use your gaming knowledge and technical aptitude to diagnose and resolve gameplay issues effectively and efficiently
- Game Knowledge Maintenance: Stay current with the client’s newest projects, updates, and past releases to provide informed support to players
- Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador for gaming clients, maintaining their voice and standards while interacting with their player community
- Team Collaboration: Work cohesively with fellow support agents under the guidance of Team Leads and Operations Managers to ensure consistent service quality
