Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver the Future Global Leaders Programme
• Manage overall programme operations and lead the programme team
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with College teams and City University of Hong Kong staff
• Identify and build relationships with donors and prospective companies
• Act as an ambassador for the programme, raising its profile in the UK, Hong Kong, and globally
• Travel to Hong Kong as required and work flexible hours to accommodate international collaboration
• Implement a flexible model of learning, including shared and blended activities with City University of Hong Kong from 2025-2026
