The Fund Legal & Governance internship at PGIM Luxembourg offers an exceptional opportunity for students pursuing a master’s degree in business law or business administration. As an integral part of the Fund Legal & Governance team, you’ll be working directly under the Fund Legal Director, engaging in various aspects of fund administration and legal documentation.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting team members in day-to-day operational tasks related to fund legal administration
  • Maintaining and updating legal entity databases based on supporting documentation
  • Developing and refining processes for database management and governance practices
  • Reviewing and updating legal documentation for alternative investment funds
  • Drafting minutes and resolutions for various meetings and proceedings
  • Managing AML/KYC requests and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
