Job Description Summary

Join Pictet Group’s Fund Domiciliation team in Luxembourg as a Fund Domiciliation Officer, where you’ll play a crucial role in managing the corporate life of funds and ensuring regulatory compliance for both Pictet and third-party funds.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor the corporate life cycle of funds under administration
  • Manage documentation filing with regulatory bodies (RCS, CSSF, LBR)
  • Draft and coordinate annual general meetings documentation
  • Provide support to legal advisors for ordinary and extraordinary general meetings
  • Update and maintain legal documentation, including signature collection and file management
  • Coordinate shareholder/unitholder communications and mailings
  • Manage fund-related data and legal documentation in the archiving system
  • Handle Luxembourg Stock Exchange listings and applications
  • Conduct daily screening checks for domiciliation activities
