Front Desk Associate Responsibilities

Client Communication and Onboarding: Introduce new clients to comprehensive service offerings through clear, on-brand messaging via phone consultations, walk-in appointments, and written communications, ensuring they understand the full value proposition.
Schedule Management and Optimization: Constantly monitor and manage clinic schedules, implementing best practices for shift optimization, strategic initial booking procedures, and effective waitlist management to maximize clinic efficiency.
Administrative Excellence: Ensure all insurance claims, invoices, and transactions are submitted accurately and filed systematically, maintaining detailed client records and notes for seamless service continuity across all team members.
