Job Description Summary
State Street Bank International GmbH is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Officer to join their expanding team in Luxembourg. This role involves reviewing annual and semi-annual financial statements for alternative structures and hedge funds, ensuring quality deliverables for clients.
Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and manage the production of financial statements and daily workflow for multiple alternative investment client relationships and product types.
- Oversee and technically review financial statements in accordance with relevant GAAP and regulatory requirements for alternative investment structures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, implementing and supporting service requirements for various client relationships within the group.
- Manage assigned client relationships and ensure service excellence by consistently seeking improvements and alternative solutions to enhance the existing process chain.
- Research, resolve, or elevate issues as applicable.
- Lead and drive the assigned team to service new and existing business demands.
- Take direction from senior team members regarding the Branch’s strategy, changes to the regulatory framework, and related demands and projects.
- Set individual and team targets and priorities, conduct performance appraisals, and provide feedback on individual and team performance.
- Maintain and develop technical expertise while participating in training junior staff and new hires.
