Job Description Summary

Join Quintet Private Bank’s Finance team as a Financial Regulatory Reporting Officer, where you’ll be responsible for managing statistical, financial, prudential, and liquidity reporting. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with various European entities while developing your expertise in financial matters.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage comprehensive regulatory reporting (FinRep, CoRep, LiqRep, Anacredit) at statutory and consolidated levels
  • Validate and process group entities’ figures for consolidated financial statements
  • Provide expert advice on financial regulation implementation
  • Support monthly reporting to the Authorized Management Committee
  • Develop solutions for enhanced reporting automation and reliability
  • Create and maintain internal procedures and processes
  • Conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis for Management and stakeholders
  • Prepare annual legal account publication documents
  • Liaise with auditors and provide necessary information

💼 Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Accounting
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar Finance role
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Pack Office and database management
  • Knowledge of banking industry accounting principles and CRR
  • IFRS and consolidation knowledge (preferred)
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Experience with WKFS Datafoundation (advantageous)
