π Job Description Summary
Conservation International is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant in Nairobi, Kenya, to support senior leadership with high-level administrative tasks, stakeholder coordination, and calendar management. This is a hybrid full-time opportunity in the nonprofit environmental sector.
π Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative duties for the Chief Field Officer and VP-Africa.
- Coordinate complex executive calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft, format, and manage executive correspondence, memos, and presentation materials.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Serve as liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders, including donors and partners.
- Assist with HR, Finance, and IT-related administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain electronic filing systems and process payment and travel reimbursement requests.
- Support and mentor other assistants and interns when necessary.
- Plan and organize internal and external events in Africa.
- Collaborate with teams across Conservation International for smooth operations.
