- Confidential Information Handling: Exercise discretion and professionalism when managing sensitive communications and confidential materials.
- Professional Documentation: Draft and prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strategic Administrative Support: Coordinate administrative processes that underpin the operations and strategic initiatives of both the Director’s research group and the Bezos Centre.
- Event Organization: Plan and execute events, including managing logistics for high-profile external visits and stakeholder meetings.
