Sustainable Brands is hiring an Events Program Manager to plan and execute live and digital events that promote sustainability and social impact. This remote role offers an exciting chance to collaborate with a diverse team and create meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

Event Operations

• Manage volunteer programs for live events, including schedules, training, and post-event analysis.
• Coordinate event content, signage, and updates across various platforms like Salesforce and mobile apps.
• Oversee deadlines for content deliverables and ensure alignment with marketing strategies.
• Maintain and organize task boards in Asana and respond to customer inquiries related to event registration.

Sustainability and Partnerships

• Work with venues and partners to meet sustainability standards and track metrics.
• Identify and formalize strategic partnerships, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Develop sustainability and recap reports for events.

Speaker Services

• Manage speaker communications, agreements, and logistics from onboarding to post-event follow-up.
• Coordinate content approval and ensure all presentation requirements are met.
• Conduct speaker orientation and provide on-site support during events.

Webinar Operations

• Schedule and manage client webinars, including technical checks and content tracking.
• Create webinar registration pages and marketing campaigns via Pardot.
• Provide technical support and generate post-webinar impact reports.
