Job Description Summary

Lead the Environmental Health (EH) research group at LIST, focusing on developing complex 3D in-vitro models for toxicological testing and eco-toxicology studies. Drive innovative research in environmental health assessment and chemical safety.

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement group goals aligned with unit strategy
  • Manage group budget and project portfolio
  • Lead competitive and industry-funded research projects
  • Drive innovation in RDI methods and processes
  • Manage talent development and team performance
  • Ensure compliance with LIST values and HSE rules
  • Foster collaborative research environment
