Job Description Summary
Luxair is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to join their IT Architecture department within General Services. This role is crucial in reimagining and restructuring Luxair’s IT application landscape while driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization.
Enterprise Architect Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design of major cross-domain end-to-end solutions while providing technical leadership to development teams
- Develop comprehensive architecture roadmaps, blueprints, and solution specifications tailored for both business users and technical teams
- Conduct thorough analysis to ensure proposed solutions align with Luxair’s architectural principles and business needs
- Facilitate communication between key stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are fully understood and properly challenged
- Maintain and enforce design principles, standards, and best practices across the organization
- Participate actively in RFP reviews with external suppliers, providing well-reasoned recommendations
- Monitor technology trends and identify opportunities for effective implementation
- Contribute to developing Luxair’s architecture practice through strategies, reference models, and design patterns
Technical Skills and Requirements
- Master’s Degree in software engineering, engineering, or equivalent qualifications
- Proven experience in complex transformation programs and enterprise-scale IT systems
- Strong background in data modeling and integration
- Proficiency in architectural methodologies including TOGAF, Microservices, and Event-Driven Architecture
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and modern development technologies
- Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, data warehouses, ETL, Kafka, and REST APIs
- Familiarity with IT security concepts, SSO, and OAuth2
- Hands-on experience with Sparx Enterprise Architect and ArchiMate framework

- Strong communication skills in English (French or German appreciated)
