Job Description Summary
🎾 Join Australia’s largest full-time elite player program as a High Performance Tennis Coach at Voyager Tennis Academy’s prestigious Sydney Olympic Park facility. Shape the future of tennis while working with nationally ranked juniors and our world-class coaching team.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive training programs for elite tennis players
- Provide individualized coaching and mentoring to top-tier tennis talent
- Conduct early morning weekday sessions (Monday-Friday) with approximately 5 PM finish time
- Cover one half-day weekend session and tournament duties when required
- Evaluate and track player progress through detailed performance metrics
- Collaborate with our world-class coaching team to maintain program excellence
- Participate in regular program assessment and development meetings
- Implement modern coaching techniques and strategies aligned with international standards
