As an Electrical Installation Tutor, you will be at the forefront of shaping the technical and practical knowledge of apprentices and learners. Your duties will include:
- π Delivering practical and theoretical training across various electrical qualifications like C&G 2365 Level 2 & 3, 2382, 2391, and more.
- βοΈ Developing lesson plans and updating training materials to meet changing industry standards.
- β Assessing and mentoring apprentices while tracking their academic progress and performance.
- π οΈ Supporting workplace learning by conducting employer reviews and integrating feedback into course delivery.
- π Ensuring compliance with all awarding body guidelines, company policies, and health & safety regulations.
