Education Leadership Responsibilities at Imperial College

As the Executive Director of Programmes & Education Quality, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of business education at one of the world’s leading institutions. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Report directly to the Vice Dean (Education) and lead the implementation of the School’s educational strategy to ensure all programmes remain globally competitive, innovative, and operationally excellent
  • Programme Portfolio Management: Oversee the comprehensive management and continuous improvement of both undergraduate and postgraduate taught programmes
  • Operational Excellence: Unify and optimize Programme and Education Quality operations across the Business School, reducing complexity while maintaining the highest standards
  • Digital Transformation: Spearhead modernization and automation initiatives within programme operations, introducing scalable technology-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and decision-making
  • Team Leadership: Direct and develop high-performing teams to deliver seamless academic service and foster a culture of excellence throughout the organization
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive collaboration between academic departments, administrative functions, and support services to streamline processes and ensure consistent quality standards
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders including faculty, students, and leadership teams to strengthen the School’s position in global education
  • Quality Assurance: Support accreditation processes and maintain the highest academic standards across all educational offerings
