Job Description Summary

The Associate Director will lead planning and execution of co-curricular learning programs focused on sustainability entrepreneurship for students across Stanford University, including an 8-week summer experiential program and a postgraduate fellowship program, while collaborating with faculty, staff, students, and external advisors.

🌿 Ecopreneurship Programs Leadership Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and administer the vision, strategy, and goals of assigned sustainability entrepreneurship programs under faculty guidance
  • Manage robust multi-step application processes for selecting participants in co-curricular sustainability programs
  • Source, collect and analyze program data to create reports, review trends, and formulate recommendations for program improvement
  • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance the impact of sustainability entrepreneurship programs
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external partners to deliver high-quality programming cohesive with university-wide initiatives
  • Develop outreach strategies for program communications, development, and partnerships with sustainability focus
  • Manage all program communications with students, mentors, faculty, and staff in the ecopreneurship ecosystem
  • Provide advising to students and coaching/mentoring to clients pursuing sustainability ventures
  • Provide direction for staff assisting with ecopreneurship program implementation

  • Familiarity with entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial learning, or startups
  • Experience with Google Suite products (Gmail, Sheets, Forms, Docs)
