Join Pictet Asset Management (Europe) S.A. as a Distribution Oversight Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory standards while collaborating with an international team.
Responsibilities
- Conduct due diligence and KYC procedures for new intermediaries and clients.
- Analyze documentation related to distributor activity (KYD) and AML compliance.
- Liaise with functional teams, including Sales, Compliance, Legal, and Finance.
- Monitor and escalate exceptions to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Perform distribution oversight and maintain accurate risk assessments.
- Generate distribution-related reports, including KPIs and board reports.
- Support sales efforts by attending client meetings as needed.
