Job Description Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Depositary Oversight Officer to join our Fund Services team in Leudelange, Luxembourg. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure regulatory compliance for UCITS and AIFs while working with a dynamic team in the heart of Europe’s financial sector.

Responsibilities

  • 📊 Ensure full compliance with regulatory depositary requirements related to:
    • Cash Flow Monitoring
    • Oversight duties (NAV, Subscriptions/Redemptions, Investment Compliance, Income Distribution, Timely Settlement)
    • Safekeeping and Recordkeeping of assets
  • 🧠 Act as a Subject Matter Expert for all depositary matters
  • 🔍 Control investment policy requirements
  • 🤝 Participate in all TDS streams: Client Acceptance & Onboarding, Academy, Due Diligence, Expertise Center, and Oversight & Monitoring
  • 👀 Oversee the day-to-day activity of Fund Risk Management Support
  • 📈 Manage risk reports offered to MancOS (4CS Report, Liquidity risk, Leverage report)
  • 💬 Develop and maintain efficient communication channels with clients
