Job Description Summary
The Delegate Oversight & Onboarding Senior Officer is responsible for overseeing regulatory compliance, cost and fee monitoring, and operational controls for a portfolio of investment funds under management. This role requires strong attention to detail, collaboration with internal teams, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks related to investment fund administration
- Monitor costs and fees incurred by the managed funds
- Implement oversight framework on fund administrators and depositaries
- Oversee the audits of the managed funds
- Perform internal and operating controls, especially for AIFMD monitoring and reporting
- Follow up on fund audits and inform management of any issues
- Conduct due diligence on fund administrators and depositaries
- Liaise with various internal teams to evaluate operational risks
- Review financial reporting, including final statements and NAV packs
- Assist with policy drafting and implementation
- Produce operational reports for governing bodies
- Support the AIFM’s Conducting Officers in their oversight function
- Maintain effective working relationships with external parties

Qualifications
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in fund operations
- Good knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment for investment funds and firms, including AIFMD
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluency in English
