Dealing Platform Specialist Responsibilities

  • Process and review transaction data while maintaining strict quality control measures
  • Manage clearing platform cash movements and subsequent reporting requirements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory regimes related to Client Asset and Data protection
  • Deliver high-quality service within established timeframes and targets
  • Execute tasks under supervision while adhering to defined procedures
  • Maintain and update team documentation, including user guides and checklists
  • Implement due diligence practices to ensure process control and organization
  • Meet business standards and client deadlines consistently
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of operational practices

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Financial or Business education preferred)
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Strong administrative and business support capabilities
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Additional EU languages (Dutch, German, French, Spanish, or Italian) are advantageous
