• Following all policies and guidelines outlined in the Staff Handbook and Bingemans’ Day Camp Policies and Procedures
• Collaborating with supervisors to develop and implement daily and weekly activities and special programs
• Adapting activities to meet the needs of different age groups and interests
• Creating a safe, inclusive environment where all children feel welcome and engaged
• Responding appropriately to emergencies or behavioral issues that may arise
• Performing additional duties as assigned by the Day Camp Supervisor and/or Coordinator

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Current Emergency First Aid and CPR C certification or higher
• Demonstrated experience working with large groups of children in recreational or educational settings
• Completed Police Vulnerable Sector Check
• High Five Principles of Healthy Child Development training (or willingness to complete if not already certified)
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple activities and responsibilities
• Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues
• High energy level to maintain motivation among staff and children throughout the day
• Ability to handle stress and the mental demands of supervising numerous children
• Creativity and enthusiasm for developing engaging activities
• Adaptability to work in various indoor and outdoor environments, including daily water park visits
